Would you recommend this product to a friend? Yes.
Pros: Wi-Fi compatible, Good for email, GPS, Camera/video quality, Menus, Great screen, Web browsing
Cons: Software bugs, Limited memory, Volume level, Freezes
Almost perfect,BUT ,I still need a Chinese Operating system,which is better for me to sen Chinese massages to my friend who in China!

Cons: Limited memory
This phone is not for the faint hearted, This phone is very hard to use and I would not recommend for a standard user, This phone is a high end and has so much to offer, HTC have not offered WM6.5 but still a very nice phone
